Football Federation Victoria (FFV) is delighted to announce the introduction of a Junior Finals Series to take place between September 3 and 12 this year.
Following the junior restructure for the 2010 season, where leagues were regionalised to cater for the rapid growth of junior football, a finals series has been put in place to allow the best juniors to play off against each other at the end of the winter season.
The Junior Finals will take place from September 3 to September 12, with the highest-ranked team from each league from Under 12’s through to Under 18’s participating against the other highest ranked teams in their age group.

FFV is also looking for clubs with appropriate facilities to host Junior Finals, Women’s State League Finals, as well as Men’s State League Play Off matches. Venues with canteen facilities, ample car parking, male and female change rooms, and a reasonable playing surface are requested to express their interest as a host for the finals.
The Women’s State League Finals will take place on the weekends of September 3-5, and September 10-12, with the top four teams in Women’s State League 1, 2NW, 2SE, 3NW, and 3SE participating.
The Men’s State League Play Offs will take place on September 18 and September 25, with the runner up of State League 2SE and State League 2NW playing off in the first week for the right to play against the 10th-placed State League 1 team.

Expressions of interest will close on Wednesday August 11, at 5pm . If successful, clubs will be notified from Monday, August 16.
